These Terms explain how the platform may be used, how earnings and merchant journeys are treated, and how users are expected to engage with IPay.

Platform use

  • Users must provide accurate registration, reference, merchant, and payout information before using IPay services.
  • Access to specific earning, payment, or merchant-growth features may depend on role, platform rules, compliance readiness, and active commercial eligibility.
  • IPay may restrict, delay, review, or suspend any activity where information is incomplete, misleading, suspicious, or inconsistent with platform policy.

Merchant onboarding and business partner terms

  • Business Partners may onboard merchants through approved IPay journeys, including referral links, QR-led onboarding, and platform-defined registration flows.
  • Merchant or Business Partner approval, visibility, and growth opportunities may depend on successful completion of the required onboarding data, account review, and commercial policies in force at the time.
  • IPay does not guarantee onboarding outcomes, income levels, or transaction volumes for any user, merchant, or partner account.

Recharge, commissions, and earnings

  • Any referral, commission, reward, or recurring earning visible on IPay is subject to platform rules, plan validity, transaction success, reversals, deductions, and lawful compliance checks.
  • Displayed earnings, partner opportunities, or fee-saving examples are informational and should not be treated as guaranteed financial outcomes.
  • Recharge plans, monthly commissions, and other commercial terms may change from time to time at IPay’s discretion with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Payments, settlements, and support

  • Payment success is confirmed only after secure processing, gateway status confirmation, and any applicable settlement updates reflected by the operating systems involved.
  • Settlement, payout, withdrawal, and support timelines may depend on platform reviews, third-party processors, banking systems, compliance readiness, or dispute resolution requirements.
  • Users agree to use the official support channels published by IPay for escalations, operational clarifications, and platform-related communication.

Acceptance

  • By accessing or using IPay, users confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions along with the linked Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer.
  • If a user does not agree with these public legal terms, they should discontinue use of the platform immediately.
