How IPay handles account, merchant, and transaction information responsibly.

This policy explains how information is collected, used, secured, and retained when users interact with the public website and platform services.

Identity and account data such as full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, address details, role, and login credentials needed to create and operate an IPay account.
Operational merchant and payout details such as UPI ID, bank account, IFSC, PAN, Aadhaar number, reference details, profile information, and support history where relevant to service delivery.
Transaction, referral, recharge, notification, QR, and settlement activity generated while using IPay, including order references, timestamps, and account-level operational metadata.

To register users, authenticate access, support merchant onboarding, operate QR-led journeys, and maintain account security.
To process UPI-related payment workflows, settlement readiness, referral attribution, support requests, and transaction-linked earnings calculations.
To communicate important service updates, policy notices, payment status information, and support responses relevant to the platform.

We may share limited operational information with regulated service providers, payment processors, technical vendors, or legal authorities only where necessary for lawful service delivery, compliance, or risk management.
IPay applies access controls, server-side validation, and payment-event verification to protect the integrity of user actions and platform operations.
We retain data only for as long as reasonably required to operate the service, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect business continuity.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate registration details and keeping their login credentials confidential.
